Weekly Meditation Classes at Aum & Garden in Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks)

There are many forms of meditation, such as: Silent; Chanting or Mantra; Movement (ie: yoga) Open Eyed/Visual; Intentional or Visioning and Guided meditation.  The one thing they all share is a journey into stillness.   Our semi-weekly, non-denominational, guided meditation gatherings are a blend of guided imagery, visioning with a short window of silence.  Join us for our Bi-Monthly, healing and revealing guided meditation classes as we journey outside the realm of daily life and into the quantum field that the ancient, and current day, Mystics use for well being, clarity and revelation!  To register or for more info: call Keith at (818) 913-9691.
